Ltd. is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the operation of specialty chain stores as ‘’SPA’’; we operate retail & wholesale distribution under the name Nishimatusya, and currently have over 1000 stores throughout Japan. We have a 65-year history and now have almost 7,000 employees. Our annual sales are US$1.35 billion (140 billion Japanese Yen). The Company has been providing safe, secure and comfortable children’s clothing, including outerwear, underwear, and pajamas, mainly in the Japanese market for many years. In addition to clothing products, we market other child care articles including milk formula, weaning supplies, sanitary products, bedroom items, baby cars, car seats, chairs, rugs, walkers, shoes, and toys, as well as baby clothing and maternity clothes. These are marketed under our private ”Smart Angel” and ”Elfin Doll’’ brands. We presently have about 100 manufacturing facilities in Japan and abroad, all of which use a consistent framework that coordinates marketing research, design, product planning, production, and efficient quality control and shipping. All of our products (whether made in Japan or in other countries) meet the highest standards of quality control for products sold in Japan.
